Refund policy
We have a 10 business days return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t approve a return application. Should you wish to return the item after the 10 business days period you will be issued a store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. You’ll be informed of the cost of return shipping shown the exact amount that will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit (your choice). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that we do NOT cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund or store credit amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@lutroohagios.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please submit a return request.. Once we've received your returned item, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return item before we issue a store credit or an exchange item.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for items not on clearance and items returned within 10 business days of delivery. You’ll be notified once your return is inspected and approved. If approved the refund (minus the original shipping and the return shipping cost) will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your selection. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process, plus your institution's processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at returns@lutroohagios.store.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on clearance/sales items and gift cards. These are final sales.
