Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all international shipping and a flat fee of CA$4.99 for CA orders only.

Shipping Times
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipped item to reach its destination once the item has been handed over to the carrier. Standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed after receiving your order. Business Days are defined by Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

All orders are expected to be delivered between 3-10 business days after the processing period.

Lutroó Hagios is not liable for shipment that is subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs in your country.
